LaToya Drake, RN, CCHW is a compassionate registered nurse, certified community health worker, and the founder of HeartLink Health. Guided by her faith and a deep calling to serve others, she believes that caring for people extends beyond treating illness—it means offering hope, compassion, education, and access to the resources that help individuals and families live healthier lives.

LaToya founded HeartLink Health with a mission to bridge the gap between healthcare and the community by providing preventative health screenings, wellness education, and connections to trusted healthcare and social services. She is passionate about reaching underserved communities, reducing barriers to care, and empowering people to make informed decisions about their health through early detection and prevention.

With a servant's heart, LaToya is committed to treating every person with dignity, respect, and compassion. She believes that when communities are supported, informed, and connected, lives are transformed. Through HeartLink Health, she strives to be a source of encouragement, healing, and hope—serving others with excellence while honoring God through the work of improving community health.
